ABOUT US Southern Lighting and Traffic Systems is headquartered in Cumming, GA, and also has offices in both Nashville, TN and Tuscaloosa, AL. We began operations in 1985 as Southeastern Pole Sales—primarily a lighting pole distributor. In 1997, Owners Tom Dekle, Craig Carrow and David Kelvington bought out Southeastern Pole Sales and expanded our product lines to include traffic signal equipment, vehicle detection products, emergency vehicle preemption products, and more. To better describe the company’s identity and mission, we renamed it to Southern Lighting and Traffic Systems (SLTS). With more than 100 years combined industry experience, our traffic equipment and systems sales staff is qualified to provide expert factory support and in-field training. We have IMSA certified technicians ready to assist with installations, training and support of all traffic signal equipment. SLTS also has the capabilities of engineering poles in-house, saving time and effort for our customers during the project design process. |
